Guidelines/Procedures For Listings

• Mortgage broker and banker listings will only be accepted for counties where you have a physical office location. For example, when signing up for cities within San Diego County, the physical office location and phone numbers in your listing must correspond to a brick & mortar office within San Diego County. 

 
• Each mortgage broker and banker is able to signup for as many cities/towns as you choose to cover.

 
• Aside from the top listing, which corresponds with the banner ad, all the other listings will rotate. This is the fairest way possible to get all the listings toward the top of the list an equal amount of time. 

 
• As an added feature, we offer the ability to increase your exposure in the MortgageLinks website through banner ads. Each city page offers 1 banner ad at the top of the screen. Banner ads cost only $25/for 3 months or $90/year.  The banner advertiser's listing automatically moves up to the top listing spot, below the banner, and remains there while the ad continues to run.  You are welcome to upload an existing banner ad, or create one in less than a minute with our exclusive "Banner Creator" within this website.

 
• All listings will immediately show up in the website once the listing process is completed.  However, all listings are subject to review and may be promptly removed at our discretion if deemed inappropriate or not in accordance with the guidelines stated herein.
