No. Mortgagelinks is a free mortgage leads directory service for mortgage lenders.

Can anyone sign-up for MortgageLinks?

MortgageLinks.org is open to mortgage lenders only.

Are there any limitations on the number of listings?

Mortgage lenders are invited to sign-up and be listed in every city and county covered with the stipulation that there must be a brick and mortar office within each county listed. Multiple listings by the same broker in the same city are not allowed.

Is MortgageLinks.org marketed to consumers?

Yes! We market nationally to consumers through numerous sources including search engines, press releases, print media and links from appropriate websites.

What are the benefits of banner advertisements?

Banner ads are intended to provide increased exposure for those who choose it.   The banner advertiser will receive guaranteed increased exposure with a banner at the top of the page, and, their listing will lock into the top spot on the list and remain there for the duration of the paid banner ad. The other listings will rotate below the paid advertisers listing. Banner ads start at just $25 for 3 full months and the ads can be created free of charge within MortgageLinks.org.

What if information in my listing changes?

You can quickly and easily access your account with your email address and password from the left column of the home page. Feel free to change your information as often as you like including the comments section for current rates, market trends and loan programs.

BANNER Specific Questions

What is a MortgageLinks.org banner ad?
An advertisement of 468 x 60 pixels in size at the top of a city page. When clicked on, the banner ad links directly to the advertisers website or email address. The MortgageLinks.org banners will automatically link to the website address (URL) stated in the listing and default to the email address if no URL is named.

What are the banner options?
We offer 2 options, the first one allows you to display a banner that you already have posted on the Internet by providing the URL to the banner in the box provided.

The second option is to create a banner within the MortgageLinks.org website by simply typing in one line of text and choosing a banner style. The text currently has a 26 character maximum and can include a company name or statement about your service.

Can I edit/change my banner text or style?
Yes. Through the edit process, accessed with your own email address and password, you are able to enter a page to edit your banner text and banner style.

We will be upgrading and improving our banner options so be sure to check in from time to time to for the most current styles.

What are the banner advertising fees?
Only $25 for 3 months, $50 for 6 months, $75 for 9 months and $90 for 12 months.

Will I get the first opportunity to renew my banner ad?
Yes. Current advertisers have the opportunity to renew until their banner ad expires at which time all those on the waiting list are simultaneously notified of the open banner. Advertisers will receive at least 2 email renewal notifications prior to the expiration date.
