• A banner advertisement at the top of a chosen city page, one per city, per loan type.  The banner can link directly to your own website or email address.  The banner ads are easily created within this website using our tools and templates or you may upload your own banner.

• The top listing.  In any city for which you have the banner ad, your listing moves to the top spot on the list and remains there as long as you retain the banner ad.  All other listings rotate below the top listing.  (Please note that your listing moves to the top only in the cities for which you take banner advertising).

• First right to renew the banner ad before it expires.  There will be an automatic email notification.
  
  
• The best exposure.  With the banner ad followed by your listing at the top of the list, every visitor to the page will see your listing and banner. Internet lists are all about exposure.  The higher the listing, the greater the opportunity you have to gain a loan prospect ultimately getting you more mortgage loans . 

There is only one banner ad per city page, once it is taken it will not be available to others until it expires without renewal. 

FYI- Some members want to be listed for free in every city they cover in their county and take the banner ad for the one city where they are located or do most of their business.

For notification of expired banner ads in a specific city, you may join the waiting list and you'll be notified as soon as your city ad becomes available.

There are two loan categories: residential and commercial.  There is one banner ad per city, per loan type.  The residential loan pages are different and separate from the commercial loan pages with their own banner ads.
