Guidelines/Procedures For Office Listings  

• Listings will only be accepted for counties where you have a physical office location. For example, when signing up for San Diego County, the physical office location and phone numbers in your listing must correspond to a brick & mortar office within San Diego County.
  
  
• Aside from the top listing, which corresponds with the Featured Listing, all the other listings will rotate. This is the fairest way possible to get all the listings toward the top of the list an equal amount of time.
  
  
• As an added feature, we offer the ability to increase your exposure in the MortgageLinks website through Featured Listings. The Featured Listing is an enlarged listing at the top of the list with a colored background. There is only one Featured Listing per county (one residential & one commercial).
  
  
• An important and unique benefit of the Featured Listing is cross links into Feeappraiser.com and RealtyLinks.org. When a real estate appraiser or real estate agent is searched in the websites mentioned a Featured Listing lender from MortgageLinks.org in the same county is listed at the top of the results page. This is a great way to maximize your Internet exposure into three real estate related websites. Featured Listings cost only $30/for 3 months or order 12 months and get 2 months free for only $100.
  
  
• All listings will immediately show up in the website once the listing process is completed. However, all listings are subject to review and may be promptly removed at our discretion if deemed inappropriate or not in accordance with the guidelines stated herein.
