Aside from the top listing, which corresponds with the Featured Listing, all the other listings will rotate. This is the fairest way possible to get all the listings toward the top of the list an equal amount of time.
As an added feature, we offer the ability to increase your exposure in the MortgageLinks website through Featured Listings. The Featured Listing is an enlarged listing at the top of the list with a colored background. There is only one Featured Listing per county (one residential & one commercial).
